Justice Minister in MP community engagement with Law Society of SA on estate planning

Justice and Constitutional Development Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi, in partnership with the Law Society of South Africa and other participating stakeholders, are launching National Wills Week at a community engagement event in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. National Wills Week, observed annually in September, provides members of the public with information on the importance of having a valid Will, and assistance with drafting one. The campaign also raises awareness of available legal services, and promotes access to support from legal practitioners.
