DIGITAL NUMBER PLATES IN UGANDA: MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT LAUNCHES CAMPAIGN

The Ministry of Works and Transport together with the Russian Joint Stoke -Global Security company have launched a digital licensing system for all vehicle and motorcycle number plates to phase out the ordinary number plates.
