ISELCO II Teamwork Enhancement Program & Recollection 2024 | Strengthening Our Workforce

Teamwork is the backbone of Isabela II Electric Cooperative (ISELCO II). To foster a unified, driven, and high-performing workforce, ISELCO II, through its Administrative Division, successfully conducted its multi-batch Teamwork Enhancement Program and Recollection at D'Elmer's Resort & Convention Center in Dipaculao, Aurora. Bringing together employees from across the cooperative, the multi-day retreats focused on building trust, dismantling organizational silos, improving open communication, and deepening spiritual reflection. Through interactive workshops, problem-solving exercises, and collaborative team-bonding activities, our personnel gained valuable insights into working together more effectively and delivering safe, reliable electricity to our Member-Consumer-Owners. Despite facing weather challenges and storm aftermaths during several batches, the unwavering spirit and dedication of our workforce prevailed. Under the visionary leadership of Acting General Manager Engr. Erni G. Baggao and the Board of Directors chaired by Dir. Sherwin A. Balloga, ISELCO II remains committed to nurturing a supportive, connected, and resilient team ready to power the future together.
