[NOW LIVE] Overwatch Hitboxes - Echo & Reinhardt - 1.48 PTR

Comparison of hitboxes for Echo and Reinhardt in 1.48 PTR. These changes are tentative until they hit Live servers. The scans were done on Apr 24, 2020, on build 68309. Orthographic view was used to eliminate any bias in perspective view. The number on the lower-right corner indicates the view angle. Each grey/black strip in the background represents 1 meter.
