THE NAS ---------------------------------------------------   Like I said, I’ll probably do a whole video (or series) on how I built my NAS. For now, here’s the basics. Picked up most of it second-hand. Motherboard is a SuperMicro X10SDV-4C-TLN2F with integrated CPU that I picked up on eBay. I bought the version with the CPU fan, which I removed, and replaced with a quieter Noctua NF-A4x20 PWM fan. Mounting is a challenge, but I came up with an elegant solution that involved copper wire. More on that next time.
