There’s Something WORSE Than the Other Mother Under Coraline’s Well...

What if the Other Mother wasn’t trying to retrieve the key - what if she was trying to stop Coraline from dropping it into the well? Coraline’s ending leaves one place unexplored: the bottom of the well. In this two-hour investigation, we follow the clues around its impossible depth, the final chase for the key, the cat, and the strange passage to the Other World. Could the well lead back to the Beldam - or somewhere even she cannot reach? We compare the film with Neil Gaiman’s book and explore the theories fans have built around both. Theories are labelled as theories; the story never shows us what lies at the bottom. Where do you think the key went? #coraline #coralinemovie #othermother #movietheory #filmtheories
