The Sims 2 No Commentary Longplay | Troy goes to University (Academie Le Tour)

So I'm pretty sure Daisy must've pulled some strings and thrown a few funds their way but Academie Le Tour is Troy's new home! He's in a massive dorm so hopefully he can make a few dorm friends. Can we talk about how he has a higher relationship with his mum, Daisy, but the game decided to let his distant Dad, Don, drop him off at university!? Where is the logic? Also, Troy looks IDENTICAL to his father. Like did Daisy even help in creating his genes? Or did Don just make a clone??? That's not fair! Daisy is so pretty she deserved for Troy to look at least a little bit like her!? We are now FULLY leaning into the hippie surfer dude/chad aesthetic for Troy and it couldn't suit anyone better. He's passive aggressive in personality, likes being mean-spirited in a prankster way, comes from a very wealthy family that it doesn't even matter if he flunks out of university, he dresses like he took a gap year to help kids in a poor country, eats nothing but granola bars and wears Birkenstocks and Patagonia. You know the type right? I absolutely love his dorm room adorned with surfing/beach posters, surfing gear and furniture that looks like a vacation memento. It's screaming "please ask me about this object so I can explain its very long backstory about how I trekked 5 days through mountains eating nothing but oats to obtain it" It's such a stereotype, but its so good. It is such a natural progression from his appearance as a teenager.
