Mississippi State cornerback Robert Bean goes up high and tips a ball thrown by Romaro Miller, the ball is kicked off his foot, and intercepted by Eugene Clinton. This sets up a 44 yard Scott Westerfield field goal to win the 1999 Egg Bowl.
