15 "Hidden" Senior Discounts Sam's Club Never Advertises

Sam's Club has no senior discount. No senior membership, no 60+ price, and the word "senior" doesn't appear once on their membership page — I checked it line by line on 2 October 2026 and say so in the first two minutes. But there are fifteen real things a person over sixty can get at that warehouse club, and most of them nobody mentions at the door. Every one is graded out loud — free, discount, depends on your club, or dead — and dated, read from Sam's Club's own pages. Including the 7 a.m. senior hour everybody remembers, what happened to it, and the early hour that replaced it. WHAT'S IN THIS ONE 1. There is no senior rate — Club $60/yr, Plus $120/yr, priced by card, not by age — NEVER EXISTED 2. The second card for someone in your household — included with both cards — FREE 3. Curbside pickup — "no order minimum or fees", now for every member (it was a Plus perk in 2020). Delivery is the one that costs: free for Plus over $50, $12 for Club — FREE 4. Scan & Go — skip the line, order café items, pay for fuel — FREE (needs the app) 5. Instant Savings — automatic at the till, nothing to clip — DISCOUNT 6. Members-only fuel prices — DISCOUNT · free Plus car wash "at select locations" — DEPENDS ON YOUR CLUB 7. 600+ generic prescriptions "starting at just $4" — DISCOUNT (price only — ask the pharmacist) 8. Same-day prescription delivery — "Sam's Club membership not required", eligible prescriptions only — DEPENDS 9. ⚰️ Senior hours (Tue & Thu 7–9 a.m., 2020) — GONE. ⭐ What replaced them: Plus early hours, up to 1 hour early (8–9 a.m. at the Mankato club) — DEAD / DEPENDS ON YOUR CLUB 10. Plus members: $0 on 10 select generics — a Plus benefit behind the $120, not free, and not available during the free trial 11. Optical: lifetime adjustments & cleanings + 60-day eyewear return — DEPENDS ON YOUR CLUB 12. Plus: 40% off additional pairs of glasses for the same person — DISCOUNT 13. Tires: free lifetime rotation, balance & flat repair with purchase · free battery and wiper installation with purchase · Plus 50% off installation on sets of 4 — FREE WITH PURCHASE / DISCOUNT 14. Sam's Cash: 2% back on in-club qualifying purchases, up to $750/yr (Plus) — you need about $3,000 a year of qualifying spend for it to cover the $60 step-up — DISCOUNT 15. The free 30-day Plus trial — new members only, auto-renews at $120 unless you cancel — FREE, with an alarm clock in it TELL ME YOUR TOWN Early-hour times and services differ club by club. Leave a comment with your town and what time your Plus early hour starts — I read every one and I answer them, and I use them to build the next list. Prices, hours and offers change and vary by club — always confirm with your club before you rely on it. Almost nothing on this list is senior-exclusive; Sam's Club has no age-based programme, and I say so in the video. Pharmacy items are price information only — medication questions belong with your pharmacist and your doctor. Walter Ashford is a composite educational character, voiced and rendered with AI.
