JUST A WITNESS - Jolene Evangeline Hart

JUST A WITNESS — Jolene Evangeline Hart “He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.” John stood in the wilderness and pointed toward the Light. Elijah stood beneath the desert sky and discovered that God could still speak through a whisper. Neither man was made of something different from the rest of us. They were ordinary people — tired, imperfect, human — placed in the hands of an extraordinary God. JUST A WITNESS is a song about that kind of calling: not needing to be famous, powerful or extraordinary. Sometimes all God asks is that we show up, speak when we're called, love someone who needs it, and point the way. You don't have to be the Light. You just have to be willing to point toward it. 🎵 Jolene Evangeline Hart 🌵 ON ORDINARY GROUND 🎸 Southern Gothic Americana • Western Roots • Desert Soul “I'm just a witness — that's all I'll be Just a little dust, pointing to the Light.” #JoleneEvangelineHart #JustAWitness #OnOrdinaryGround #SouthernGothic #AmericanaMusic #ChristianAmericana #ChristianCountry #WesternAmericana #FaithAndMusic #BibleInspired #JohnTheBaptist #Elijah #DesertSoul #RootsMusic ******************************************************* Jolene Evangeline Hart is my artistic persona — a Southern-gothic voice shaped by dust, storms, and grace.
