Join me on a full-day walking adventure through Macao, from the historic streets of Senado Square to the spectacular world of casino hotels. We start at Senado Square and explore the colorful streets, Portuguese-style pavement and local atmosphere before reaching the famous Ruins of Saint Paul's. From there, we climb Monte Fort for views over the city, harbor and surrounding buildings, then continue through smaller streets and historic squares, including the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady and A-Ma Temple. Later, we take Macao's driverless metro toward the casino district as the sun begins to set. The views change completely as huge hotels and casinos light up the skyline. We visit the impressive Wynn Palace, with its cable cars crossing the lake and spectacular water show, then continue through the connected hotel complex toward MGM and the casino area. No casino footage is included because filming inside the casino is not allowed. As night falls, I leave the casino district, take a bus to the harbor and catch a speedboat back to Hong Kong.
