Howard Calls Out Scott's Work — Then Gives Him a GOLD STAR 😂⭐ - Howard Stern Show

Howard Stern gives Scott the Engineer a GOLD STAR after questioning his work habits! 😂⭐ What starts as a serious conversation about Scott's performance quickly turns into a hilarious Stern Show moment. Howard says Scott is a talented engineer, but he wants him to stay focused and produce more work. Scott insists he's doing his job, but Howard keeps bringing up concerns about distractions and how much time Scott spends listening to his son's music. Then Howard comes up with an unusual idea. Why not reward Scott with a gold star every time he does something good? The studio starts joking about putting stars directly on Scott's head, just like the stickers football players receive on their helmets. But things get even funnier when Scott actually earns his first gold star! The crew puts the star on his head, celebrates his achievement, and decides he needs one more reminder: FOCUS. Scott proudly embraces his new reward while Howard continues reminding him that he wants more work.
