Refugee Song / Spoken Word

We are full-time missionaries here in St. Louis working with refugees and we also do work in Ghana, Africa. My daughter was inspired to write a song about refugees and I wrote a spoken word to accompany it. At the beginning of the song, you will hear a father & daughter from Eritrea. The father endured 17 years in a refugee camp before coming to America. Refugees experience immense suffering and loss. Their only hope is Jesus. We hope this song inspires you to pray for the people in war-torn countries. Initially, this song was to raise funds for our ministry. If you would like to support our mission to the refugees here locally and our missions in Ghana, Africa, you can make a tax-deductible donation by going to: https://oasis4refugees.kindful.com/ Once you are there, please choose "Douglas Family Ministry". Thanks for listening!
