If you enjoyed this recipe, don't forget to Like, Comment, and Subscribe to Cuisine Of Sri Lanka for more delicious traditional and modern Sri Lankan recipes! දවල් බත වෙනස් කරන මාලු මිරිස් එක්ක හාල් මැස්සෝ අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය හාල්මැස්සෝ ග්‍රෑම් 100 ක් පමණ වියළි මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැඳි 1 ක් තුනපහ මේස හැඳි 1 ක් කෑලි මිරිස් මේස හැඳි 1 ක් අවශ්‍ය පමණ ලුණු, ගොරකා, අබ, උළුහාල්, ගම්මිරිස්, කරපිංචා, රම්පෙ පොල් තෙල් මේස හැඳි 3 ක් සුදු ළූණු බික් 5/6 ක් රතු ලූනු ගෙඩි 10/12 ක් මාලු මිරිස් කරල් 4/5 ක් අමු මිරිස් කරල් 4/5 ක් නයි මිරිස් කරල් 2 ක් පමණ උකු පොල් කිරි කෝප්ප 1/2 ක් පමණ. සාදන ක්‍රමය පළමුව හාල්මැස්සන් පිරිසිදු කර රන්වන් පාට වනතුරු පොල් තෙල් වලින් බැද පසෙක තබා ගන්න. ඉන් පසු මැටි ඇතිලියක් ලිප තබා වියළි මිරිස් කුඩු, තුනපහ හොඳින් බැදී ගෙන එන විට පොල් තෙල් ටිකක් දමා හොඳින් මිශ්‍ර කර සුදු ළූණු, අබ, රතු ළූණු (හීනියට කපාගත්) රම්පෙ, කරපිංචා, කෑලි මිරිස්, ගොරකා, නයි මිරිස්, කහ මිටි කිරි එකතු කර හොඳින් මිශ්‍ර කර හතරට පලාන ලද මාලු මිරිස්, අමු මිරිස්, ලුණු, ගම්මිරිස් එකතු කර ඉන්පසු හාල්මැස්සො එකතු කර මදගින්නේ තබා රස පරික්ෂා කර බලා ලිපෙන් බා ගන්න. ★ සැර මිරිස් එකතු කිරීමේදී කැමති පරිදි අඩු වැඩි කරගන්න. Capsicum & Sprats – Perfect for Lunch Ingredients • Sprats – approximately 100 g • Dried chilli powder – 1 tablespoon • Curry powder– 1 tablespoon • Chilli flakes – 1 tablespoon • Salt – as required • Goraka (Garcinia) – as required • Mustard seeds – as required • Fenugreek seeds – as required • Black pepper – as required • Curry leaves – as required • Pandan leaves (Rampe) – as required • Coconut oil – 3 tablespoons • Garlic cloves – 5/6 • Red onions – 10/12 • Capsicum– 4/5 • Green chillies – 4/5 • Scotch Bonnet Pepper – approximately 2 • Thick coconut milk – approximately ½ cup Method First, clean the sprats thoroughly. Fry them in coconut oil until golden brown and set aside. Place a clay pot over the stove. Add the dried chilli powder and curry powder and roast well. When the spices are nicely roasted and fragrant, add a little coconut oil and mix well and add the garlic, mustard seeds, red onions (thinly sliced), pandan leaves, curry leaves, chilli flakes, garcinia, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, turmeric and coconut milk & mix well. Add the quartered capsicum, green chillies, salt and black pepper & mix well. After that add the fried sprats and keep the mixture over low heat. Check the taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Remove from the heat and serve. Note: ★ Adjust the amount of hot chilli according to your preference.
