#5 our first passage… what could go wrong?

We had never done a real passage before. Until one night, at midnight, we decided that the next morning we were going to sail for 10 hours to spend our first nights away from the marina. Just a few months into this journey, we were about to leave at 4am and spend two days living off-grid on the boat, with no idea what those 10 hours at sea would bring. Our first real passage. Our first time actually sailing somewhere. And another little step towards the life we dreamed about. We still have so much to learn, but we can’t wait for this to become our normal. The adventure is only just beginning...
