Nilay Hazari - Rational Design of Precatalysts for Cross-Coupling and Related Reactions

Yale University's Nilay Hazari gave a keynote at Umicore Precious Metals Chemistry's last Catalysis Symposium in Boston late 2019. He speaks about the ‘Rational Design of Precatalysts for Cross-Coupling and Related Reactions’. It is the occasion for him to present his work and the benefits of being able at development stage to test a variety of pre-catalysts and ligands to select the most efficient one, and later on at commercial scale to directly use the selected pre-formed catalyst.
