"Our Care. Our Rights." Mental Health and Human Rights

On 20 October 2026, BEING - Mental Health Consumers hosted a panel discussion event at NSW Parliament House in conjunction with Jenny Leong MP. Panelists discussed how far we have come in improving the human rights of people living with mental health challenges and discussed what still needs to happen in order for rights to be protected.
