Knowing how dangerous damp conditions can be for livestock, I immediately set to work clearing the grounds, repairing damaged shelters, and thoroughly spraying disinfectant across the coops and pens to prevent disease. Alongside sanitizing the entire yard, I cooked warm, nourishing pots of feed to keep our pigs, rabbits, pigeons, and poultry strong against the cold wet weather.
