Vanny will be triggered when you get the first secret animatronic in the first salvaging location, which will trigger the evil ending route. To get the Good Ending & Nightmare Animatronics boss fight, you need to get 4 masks by beating high scores in each of the 4 salvaging locations. If you collect 1 mask from the first salvaging location, you trigger Michael's cutscene for a good ending route To get the Ultimate Ending & Psycho Foe Bear fight, you needed to collect both masks & secret animatronics, and buy Talbert files from Candy Cadet, which only cost 100 bucks; the shop is always available at all salvaging locations.
