EVERY Single Person Who Knew That Darth Vader Was Anakin

Darth Vader's identity was the most carefully guarded secret in the Empire. Palpatine didn't just create Vader. He erased Anakin Skywalker from public memory, burying the name of the Republic's most famous Jedi General under layers of propaganda and rumor. But the secret didn't hold. Over two decades, at least two dozen people managed to discover the truth. Some watched the transformation happen. Some deduced it through behavioral clues. One survived Order 66 as a child and spent a decade weaponizing that knowledge. Two of the most powerful men in the Empire figured it out through cold observation alone, without the Force, without inside information, and without ever asking a single question. The strangest part was never who found out. It was who survived knowing and who didn't. Vader killed Jocasta Nu for uncovering the connection through the Temple archives. He executed clone troopers who overheard the wrong conversation. Yet he let Tarkin live for years with a theory he never confirmed and allowed Thrawn to walk away after invoking Anakin Skywalker's name to his face. This video covers every known person who discovered the secret across Canon and Legends, how each of them learned it, why they reacted differently, and why the same secret produced completely different consequences depending on who carried it.
