Lay the War Down (Official Music Video)

Sometimes strength isn’t found in fighting harder. Sometimes strength is knowing when to lay the war down. Lay the War Down is a song about choosing peace over conflict, letting go of what no longer deserves your energy, and finding the courage to walk forward. This music video follows that journey through open landscapes, coastline, light and changing skies — moving from reflection and struggle toward freedom, strength and peace. For me, music is a way of turning experiences into something meaningful. I hope this song finds the people who need the reminder that walking away from a battle doesn’t always mean giving up. Sometimes it means choosing yourself. 🎵 Song: Lay the War Down 🎤 Artist: Elisabeth 🎬 Visual concept & video: Elisabeth van Ooijen Visuals If Lay the War Down speaks to you, I’d love to hear what it means to you in the comments.
