Metalsophy - Prime Mover (B-side version)

Song: Prime Mover (B-side) - Album: Metaphysics B-Sides Meaning: The Prime Mover (or Unmoved Mover) is Aristotle’s concept of the first uncaused cause and ultimate source of all motion and change in the universe. Aristotle states that because every moving thing is moved by another, there must be an initial cause that is itself unmoved and unchanging to avoid an infinite regress. Lyrics: An absolute monolith beyond the tapestry of time, The zero-point where flesh and stellar dust align. It breathes no air, yet sets the gears to grinding— A quiet, terrifying void, the universe’s binding. Unmoved by cosmic rot, untouched by decay, A frozen eye commanding the endless, bleeding day. UNTOUCHED BY CAUSE! UNCHAINED BY TIME! THE UNMOVED GOD AT THE APEX CLIMB! FROM PERFECT STILLNESS, THE COSMOS FLEES! WE BOW TO THE ENGINE OF ALL DECREES! Flesh decays within the trap of kinetic strain, An endless loop of cause, an everlasting chain. Yet at the center sits the pure, unyielding Fact No lingering shadow, only eternal Act. Its very presence bends the void, igniting the atomic stream, Ripping creation from the throat of a primordial dream. Chained to the wheel of become... Bleed out in the wake of the One. No first pulse before it, no shadow behind. Pure, violent thought that enslaves all of time! The axis holds. The center never moves. STILLNESS IS SUPREME.
