About this hack Gameplay Pokémon Path is a roguelike that is similar to a Nuzlocke, but compressed and streamlined. Various random/roguelike elements are added. This game is aimed at people who enjoy Hardcore Nuzlockes. There are no human pokemon trainers! Only pokemon (pokemon trainers). Collect pokemon, gather items, and battle trainers along the Pokemon Path! Start a run with a starter pokemon and a starter charm. Add pokemon to your team by opening Birch bags, which let you choose from 3 random pokemon. Battle trainers along the path, with a strong leader trainer at the end. Enemy trainer teams are the same each time, but their lead pokemon is randomized. Total of 4 paths in a run, with the 4th path being the elite 4. Around 15 trainers each path, for the first 3 paths. You can collect and buy items during a run. After you complete a path, you encounter a legendary pokemon that will give you a charm, among other rewards. Charms give you bonuses in and out of battle. Details Pokemon Pokemon have up to 4 abilities Pokemon stats, learnsets, and evolution levels, have been rebalanced to adjust for the level cap at each path. Shiny pokemon have 3 IVs maxed. EVs are turned off. Some new abilities and modified abilities. Rebalanced some moves. Items Buy items at the Kecleon Shop in the middle of a path. Gather items along the way. Memory Mushroom lets you remember a move. Bottle caps increase your IVs. There are also TMs, berries, held items, etc... Items are restored after every battle. The Hub Start each run at the Hub. You can unlock new starter pokemon, Kecleon shop items, and more, at the Hub with Coins (Separate currency to in-run money). Talk to NPCs for tips and more... Difficulty Unlock increased difficulties by stacking modifiers such as higher enemy levels, less birch bags, etc... Unlock alternate paths. Features Nuzlocke rules are built into the game.
