Lansing, MI Federal Signal STH-10 Siren Test 1-5-19

Lansing, MI: Monthly testing of the outdoor warning sirens in Ingham County on the first Saturday of the month at 1:00 PM. This STH-10 is located on a ventilation shaft of a parking garage at the Michigan state capitol in Lansing. What makes this so interesting, aside from the amazing view of the capitol in the background, is that its only 10 or so feet above the pedestrian mall. Tyler found this gem 2 or so years ago when street view was updated, we have been searching for this mystery 12 port siren for years, ever since it was heard in an ambiance recording from Sparrow Hospital. Finally got the nice sunny day we wanted to record it. Enjoy!
