These Woods Breathe Evil - Swallow the Sun - Guitar Cover and Tab

These Woods Breathe Evil, guitar cover with tab. Originally by Swallow the Sun from their album, New Moon. Tuning - Drop C Finally got around to doing a Swallow the Sun song. I spent a long time looking at live videos so this should be pretty accurate 🤘 Things to watch out for; In the what I've labeled chorus A, there is quick change 6, 5, 6 on the 2nd string played with the middle finger. In the tapping section the fretting hand needs to be either perfectly in sync with the other hand or slightly behind it. If not you'll get extra notes ringing out because of the fretting hand. The song can be played with either strict down picking or strumming, I've seen both in live videos. There seems to be a bit of freedom on playing the lowest and highest strings on the full chords as they don't affect them too much. As long as you hit the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th strings it will sound good. This has been one of my favourite covers to do to date as I've listened to this song since it first came out way back in 2009 and the band is massively under rated!
