KOF 2000 OTC - Playthrough as Zero

OTC is a hack of KOF 2000 that brings the PS2-exclusive strikers to the Neo Geo version of the game (and also K9999 for some reason). In the MVS version of OTC, Zero can be enabled through the use of dipswitches (just like in the original KOF 2000), while in the AES version, he's enabled by default.
