R32 Changes Over The Years

Here are the R32's from 1964-2020. All the photos are from nycsubway.org https://www.nycsubway.org/wiki/Main_Page If no one knows the events that happened on the R32's, here they are 1964- The MTA ordered the R32's and he put four of them on display at 34 Street/6 Avenue. The R32's ordered were the R32's and the R32A's. 1988 - 1989- The MTA overhauled the R32's making them stronger and cleaner 2008 - 2009- All the R32 GE/R32A's were scrapped and a lot of R32's were too, but some of the R32's thankfully survived. 2012- Hurricane Sandy washed out the Jamaica Bay Bridge and the (H) train needed more trains, so a crane carried an R32 to the Rockaways and operated on the (S) and (H).
