茨城　彼岸花の絶景スポット　5選 ／ 5 Best Spots for Red Spider Lilies in Ibaraki Prefecture

今回の動画では、茨城県内にある彼岸花の絶景スポットを5ヶ所紹介します。 最初のスポットは、常総市豊岡町にある「弘経寺」です。この寺は、室町時代に創建された浄土宗の古刹で、江戸時代に徳川家との関係を深め、二代将軍「秀忠」の娘であった「千姫」の菩提寺であったことから、「千姫」ゆかりの寺と言われています。毎年9月中旬になると、寺の境内と周辺には彼岸花が咲き、赤く染まる彼岸花を眺めながら、千姫の御廟もある弘経寺の境内を歩くことが出来ます。 2番目のスポットは、筑西市黒子にある「千妙寺」です。この寺は、平安時代に創建された天台宗の古刹で、山門をくぐると真っ赤な彼岸花に彩られた庭園が広がります。彼岸花が咲く場所は、もともと池があった場所で、平成28年に庭園へと整備され、檀家の方々と居力して約5000株の彼岸花が植えられました。今では秋のお彼岸の時期を彩る、千妙寺を代表する風景となっています。 3番目のスポットは、行方市西連寺の「西連寺」です。この寺は、奈良時代に、伝教大師「最澄」に従事した「最仙上人」によって創建された天台宗の古刹です。境内にそびえる樹齢千年以上の大銀杏が有名ですが、秋の彼岸の頃には彼岸花が咲き、境内南側の「里山」と呼ばれる斜面は、真っ赤な彼岸花で彩られます。 4番目のスポットは、常陸太田市荒宿町の「源氏川」です。源氏川は、常陸太田市を流れる一級河川で、ここ新宿地区においては、9月中旬頃より約750メートルに亘って川の両岸に約300万本の彼岸花が咲き誇ります。この彼岸花の群生は、同市在住の一人の男性が植えたのが始まりで、平成30年には「源氏川の彼岸花を保存する会」が設立されて環境整備が進められています。 5番目のスポットは、久慈郡大子町左貫の「奥久慈茶の里公園」です。この公園は、奥久慈茶の産地として知られる大子町の山あいに位置する、自然とお茶の文化に触れられる公園です。公園内には茶畑が広がり、本格的な茶室もあって、奥久慈茶の販売や体験もできる施設となっています。そして、秋のお彼岸の頃には、公園内のいたるところに彼岸花が美しく咲き誇ります。公園の西側にはこんにゃく芋の畑が広がり、白みがかったこんにゃく芋の葉と、赤い彼岸花の花が美しいコントラストを生み出しています。 【動画目次】 00:00 オープニング 00:39 弘経寺 04:19 千妙寺 06:59 西連寺 09:36 源氏川 13:04 奥久慈茶の里公園 【撮影機材】 ・SONY FX30 (lens:TAMRON 18-300mm F/3.5-6.3) ・DJI OSMO Pocket 3 ・Insta360 X4 In this video, we introduce five spectacular spots for spider lilies in Ibaraki Prefecture. The first spot is Gugyo-ji Temple in Toyooka-cho, Joso City. This temple is an ancient Jodo sect temple founded in the Muromachi period, and because it deepened its ties with the Tokugawa family during the Edo period and was the family temple of Senhime, daughter of the second shogun Hidetada, it is said to be associated with Senhime. Every year in mid-September, red spider lilies bloom around the temple grounds and surroundings, and you can stroll through the grounds of GuGyo-ji, which also houses Senhime's shrine, while admiring the red-colored red-colored spider lilies. The second spot is Senmyō-ji Temple in Kuroko, Chikusei City. This temple is a Tendai sect temple founded in the Heian period, and passing through the main gate reveals a garden adorned with bright red spider lilies. The place where the red spider lilies bloom was originally a pond, but in 2016, it was developed into a garden, and about 5,000 spider lilies were planted together with parishioners. Today, it has become a representative landscape of Senmyō-ji, coloring the autumn equinoctial season. The third spot is Sairenji Temple in Sairenji, Namegata City. This temple is an ancient Tendai sect temple founded during the Nara period by Saisen Shonin, who served under the missionary master Saichō. The temple grounds are famous for their large ginkgo trees over a thousand years old, but during the autumn equinox, red spider lilies bloom, and the slopes called 'Satoyama' on the south side of the temple grounds are painted with bright red spider lilies. The fourth spot is the Genji River in Arajuku-cho, Hitachiota City. The Genji River is a Class A river flowing through Hitachiota City, and in the Arajuku area, about 3 million red spider lilies bloom along both banks of the river for about 750 meters from around mid-September. This cluster of red spider lilies began when a man living in the city planted them, and in 2018, the 'Society to Preserves the Red Spider Lily of the Genji River' was established to improve the environment. The fifth spot is 'Okukuji Tea Village Park' in Sanuki, Daigo Town, Kuji District. This park is located in the mountains of Daigo Town, known as the production area of Okukuji tea, where you can experience nature and tea culture. Within the park, tea fields spread out, and there are authentic tea rooms, making it a facility where you can sell and experience Okukuji tea. And during the autumn equinox, red spider lilies bloom beautifully throughout the park. On the west side of the park, konjac sweet potato fields spread out, creating a beautiful contrast between the pale konjac leaves and the red spider lilies.
