Diving the Relaxing Kerama Islands, Japan

In August 2026, I took a 2-day scuba diving trip to the Kerama Islands, staying in Naha and heading out daily on boat dive expeditions. Known for their incredible visibility and vibrant coral gardens, the Kerama Islands offered breathtaking drift diving. Over six dives across Kuroshima Kita, Kamekichi, Parmesan, Kuroshima Nishi, Uchizan Reef, and Kuefu Kita Ryugu-jo, we drifted through pristine underwater landscapes surrounded by abundant marine life.
