Inspired By Gram's Bargain Basement 50% Off Sale – Terms & Conditions By participating in Inspired By Gram's Bargain Basement, you agree to the following terms: Product Condition Unless otherwise noted, Bargain Basement items are pre-owned and may show normal signs of use. Some items may be new. All products are sold AS IS, and every effort is made to accurately describe their condition and photograph them as clearly as possible. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of these discounted items, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be accepted after payment has been received. Claim Order Items are reserved in the order "Claimed" comments are received. If multiple Claims are made at nearly the same time, Facebook's timestamp will determine priority. An item is not considered sold until you receive a confirmation email from me. This could take up to 24 hours. Please note, you may see some items already Claimed. Members of Inspired Daisies Team of Stampers have the first opportunity to shop the sale. Once the calendar hits August 25th at 9am ET, everyone will be able to “Claim” or “Waiting” their products. Payment Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your PayPal invoice, unless other arrangements have been made. Unpaid invoices may be canceled, and the item(s) may be offered to the next person in line. You do not need to have a PayPal account. Shipping Shipping charges are calculated separately and are not included in the item price. Orders will ship via USPS or UPS using the most economical shipping method available. Tracking information will be provided when your package ships. Shipping Damage or Loss Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, I will gladly assist you in filing a claim, but I cannot guarantee replacement of one-of-a-kind or retired items. Pricing Errors Although I do my best to ensure accuracy, I reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or inventory errors before payment is completed. Stampin' Up! Include the description as it helps me verify claims quickly and keep everything organized. 3. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION I will review all claims in the order they are received and send you a confirmation email indicating which items have been reserved for you. Your confirmation email will include: • Your PayPal invoice with an itemized list of your purchases • Shipping charges • Your total amount due 4.
