Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time brings the legendary platforming series back with beautiful cartoon-style graphics, new gameplay mechanics, creative level design, and plenty of challenges! But is it good enough to surpass Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped? For years, Warped was my personal favourite in the entire Crash Bandicoot series. After playing Crash Bandicoot 4, however, I can confidently say that we have a new champion! *My rating: 9/10!* ⭐ In this episode of **"What Do You Actually Do in It?"**, we take a detailed look at what Crash Bandicoot 4 offers, how its gameplay has evolved, and why I consider it the best entry in the series so far. 🎮 *WHAT'S INSIDE THIS REVIEW?* 🔸 *Classic Crash Bandicoot Gameplay* – Running, jumping, spinning, smashing crates, avoiding deadly traps, and navigating challenging platforming levels. 🔸 *New Movement Mechanics* – Wall-running, rope swinging, rail grinding, and improved movement controls that expand the classic Crash formula. 🔸 *Four Quantum Masks* – Discover how Lani-Loli, Kupuna-Wa, Ika-Ika, and Akano introduce reality shifting, time manipulation, gravity changes, and powerful spinning abilities. 🔸 *Multiple Playable Characters* – Play as Crash, Coco, Tawna, Dingodile, and even Neo Cortex, each bringing different gameplay possibilities. 🔸 *Beautiful Worlds and Level Design* – Explore tropical islands, pirate environments, prehistoric landscapes, futuristic cities, and other colourful dimensions. 🔸 *Boss Battles* – Creative and entertaining encounters that require timing, precision, and quick reactions without becoming unnecessarily complicated. 🔸 *Collectibles and Extra Challenges* – Smash crates, collect Wumpa fruit, unlock character skins, discover hidden gems, complete Flashback Tape challenges, and chase Time Trial and N. Sanely Perfect Relics. 🔸 *Modern vs Retro Mode* – Choose between unlimited attempts with checkpoints or the classic limited-lives experience. 🔸 *N. Verted Mode* – Revisit familiar levels with mirrored layouts, unusual visual effects, and additional challenges. *MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE* What impressed me most was how successfully Crash Bandicoot 4 modernises the gameplay without losing the identity of the original trilogy. The graphics are fantastic, the new abilities bring genuine variety, and the boss fights are especially enjoyable. During my playthrough, I didn't encounter any noticeable glitches or technical problems. Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped held the number one position on my personal list for many years, but Crash Bandicoot 4 has finally taken its place. If you enjoyed the original PlayStation classics or the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, this is definitely a game worth checking out. *FINAL VERDICT: 9/10* Which Crash Bandicoot game is your favourite? Do you think Crash Bandicoot 4 deserves the top spot? See you in the next video! #CrashBandicoot4 #CrashBandicoot #ItsAboutTime #CrashBandicootReview #Platformer #GamingReview #PixelBliss27 #PlayStation #WhatDoYouActuallyDoInIt
