Day hike on the Kentmere Horseshoe, bagging 12 Wainwrights Sallows Sour Howes Yoke Ill Bell Frostwick Thornthwaite Crag Gray Crag High Street Mardale Ill Bell Harter Fell Kentmere Pike Shipman Knotts ===Route Detail=== From Kentmere Institute we will make our way up Hollin Lane then take a sharp right to start the fairly steep climb. But instead heading north towards the horseshoe we will bag the first 2 Wainwrights, Sallows and Sour Howes. From here we then make our way north to the horseshoe, bagging Yoke 1st, then Ill Bell, Frostwick and Thornthwaite Crag. Continuing straight ahead to get Gray Crag before coming back on ourselves for High Street. We are then coming down the other side of the horseshoe will reach Mardale Ill Bell 1st then a steep ascent to Harter Fell.
