The second section from Minami-Horibata to Shiyakusho-Mae (南堀端 ~ 市役所前) with three traffic lights is the most difficult section in this route. If the tram has to stop at the first traffic light (like I did in the video), there will be barely enough time to rush to the next station. If the tram does not need to stop at the first light, it might need to stop at either of the following ones. The tram could rush all three traffic lights with full speed, but by doing so the tram will arrive at Shiyakusho-Mae too early. On the other hand, stopping in front of the third traffic light will waste too much time, and the tram will be late. After the first two stops, the rests are just similar to route #5.
