Everyone Turned On Chevy Chase, And Now We Finally Know Why

On February 15, 1997, Chevy Chase walked into SNL for what would be his last time. By the end of that night, he was banned forever. It started with him hitting a female cast member. Then came the sexual comments. But that wasn't even his worst moment. Cast members started quitting when he showed up. Directors refused to work with him. One walked away from directing Christmas Vacation just to avoid him. In 2018, a kid beat him up on the highway and didn't even know who he was. The man who made everyone laugh became the man nobody wanted around.
