Wildlife, Beautiful Scenery and Missile Silos: Badlands National Park Doesn't Disappoint

We continue our 2026 Road Trip Across America with a visit to the great state of South Dakota. The colorful rock formations of Badlands National Park are what draws us in, but we also encounter a wide variety of wildlife, including Bison, Big Horn Sheep, and Prairie Dogs. We also visit the nearby Minuteman Missile sites and find hidden reminders of the Cold War Era. Unfortunately, a severe hailstorm threatens to bring an early end to our journey of discovery.
