Mario Party 7: Windmillville (Brutal CPU Only)

The second to last board of Mario Party 7 sees us play with the Winds of Change as we go to Windmillville with Peach, Daisy, Toad & Toadette! In this one there's no star spaces but rather a unique concept of owning Windmills which have stars as part of them! How do you get them? Pour coins into said windmills & whoever has the most coins in a windmill controls it & the star or stars it's worth!
