Solo Legend Zero Hour Quarter Hour under 15 minutes?? Something is wrong.

Gameplay of Zero hour exotic mission on Legend difficulty and acquiring the Quarter Hour Triumph: Complete the zero hour exotic mission under 15 minutes. I am not sure how this triumph is calculated as i completed it in 16 minutes 43 seconds but the triumph popped at the end of the video. Let me know in the comments if you have any idea what's going on.
