Explorer Program - San Diego County Sheriff's Department

Many of our deputies started as teen volunteers or Explorers. Watch the story of Sergeant Matt Carpenter and how the mentoring program helped shape his future. The Sheriff's Explorer program is an opportunity for teens to further evaluate a career in law enforcement.
