What are you living for? It’s easy to spend our lives chasing success, money, comfort, recognition, achievement, or the next thing on our calendar—only to discover that the things we thought would satisfy us never really could. In Week 1 of EVERY ONE MATTERS!, Pastor Blake challenges us to stop and ask a deeper question: Are we living for what really matters? Jesus reminds us in Mark 8:36, “What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?” True success isn’t found in what we accomplish, accumulate, or achieve. Jesus redefined success around two things: loving God and loving people. In this message, we look at the story of Zacchaeus in Luke 19 and see how Jesus stopped for one person who was searching for something more. Zacchaeus may have been overlooked, rejected, and disliked by others, but Jesus saw him, called him by name, and invited Himself into his life. Because EVERY ONE MATTERS. Every person has a name.
