The Viennese Cowboy - Classic Austin Access, 1997

A legend in the history of strange Austin Access TV. Older Austinites typically can remember at least one instance where they would be flipping through channels and came across this weird hybrid of Christoph Waltz and Roy Rogers. Footage produced by the amazing Werner and Sarah Zotter. "When We Were Live" is a feature length documentary about the pioneers of Austin's public access television in the 80's and 90's.
