It is considered as the first ever science fiction in English literature. Book was published in the year 1818. Then Mary was only nineteen years old. She took one year to complete its creation. Victor Frankenstein, the hero of this novel is an young scientist, who was very curious and ambitious. He had a very happy childhood with father Alphonse, mother Caroline, younger brother William, friend Henry Clerval, Elizabeth and nanny Justine Mortiz. After the death of his mother, Victor joined the Ingaldastat University to study Philosophy and Chemistry. He stitched together the body parts of a dead human body and tried to bring life into it with the help of Alchemy, Galvanization and Electricity. On a heavy rainy day with thunderstorm, from the lightning electricity passed into the body of his specimen and brought life. But Victor itself was afraid of that creature. Because it was a monster. Victor fell sick and meantime monster escaped. Then monster starts to attack Victor's family. Finally Victor wanted to kill the monster.
