Episode 4 | RZR Rear End Gets an Upgrade

We’re onto the rear end of our Polaris RZR Pro XP build, and this episode sees two serious upgrades from Elektrik Offroad Designs going on! First up, we install the Volt Series Rear Bumper, adding extra protection around the taillights, chassis and rear underside. With an aluminium skid plate, built-in radius rod clearance and a tough two-tone hammer black finish, it gives the rear end plenty of protection while keeping a clean factory-style fit. Then we add the Volt Series Baja Bed Box - giving the RZR secure, enclosed storage for hitting the trails. Dual latches keep everything locked down, while dual gas struts make for easy access. Billet aluminium tie-down rails on top also give you extra room to strap down larger gear, fuel or a cooler. And the best part? Both are completely bolt-on using factory mounting points, so no cutting or welding required. 👌🏼 Another big step in the RZR build!
