Why are the pieces moving automatically? → 1KF is an input method in modern Tetris that corresponds each key on the keyboard to placing 1 piece in a different column / orientation. Regular 1KF control schemes typically use a 4x10 matrix of keys (1 to /) and spacebar for hold. Is this allowed on the official leaderboards? → Nope! But it's still fun to try it out and find our theoretical limit on just placing blocks without having to deal with the mechanical barriers of traditional guideline controls. There's also a separate category for all runs that use n-key finesse in my leaderboard (link above).
