Converting my MINI into a COOPER S!

Is this the ULTIMATE Cooper to Cooper S conversion? In this video we finish swapping both the 4 cylinder engine and manual transmission from my crashed cooper s into a base MINI Cooper with 3 cyl and auto transmission. This swap is a lot of work as I have to swap every module and wire harness for the engine to work. The cooper s has the JCW (John Cooper Works) tune, so this engine will be worth it!!
