Our First Day in LEH, LADAKH 🏔️ | Delhi to Ladakh Travel Vlog | Episode 1

Welcome to Episode 1 of our Leh Ladakh Travel Series! In this vlog, we take you along on our unforgettable family journey to one of the most beautiful destinations in India. Surrounded by the majestic Himalayas, breathtaking landscapes, peaceful Buddhist monuments and vibrant local markets, Leh is a destination that feels truly magical. ✈️ OUR JOURNEY FROM DELHI TO LEH Every memorable trip begins with an exciting journey, and ours started in Delhi. We boarded our flight to Leh, looking forward to exploring the beautiful landscapes of Ladakh. The aerial views during the flight were absolutely incredible, with the mighty mountains creating a spectacular welcome to this beautiful region. Reaching Leh by air was an experience in itself, making the beginning of our family adventure even more special. After landing in Leh, we headed to our hotel to check in and settle down. Since Leh is situated at a high altitude, we took some time to rest, relax, and allow ourselves to adjust to the surroundings before starting our sightseeing. 🏨 OUR HOTEL STAY — HOTEL MALIK PALACE LEH https://www.goibibo.com/hotels/malik-... After reaching Leh, we checked into Hotel Malik Palace Leh, where we took some time to settle in and relax after our journey. Taking it easy on the first day was important because of Leh's high altitude. Instead of rushing into too many activities, we enjoyed a relaxed start before heading out to explore the city. 📍 PLACES WE EXPLORED ON DAY 1 🛕 1. SHANTI STUPA — PEACE, BEAUTY AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS Our sightseeing adventure included Shanti Stupa, one of the most beautiful and peaceful attractions in Leh. This magnificent white Buddhist monument stands against the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas and offers panoramic views of Leh city. The combination of mountain scenery, fresh air, and the calm atmosphere made this visit a memorable part of our first day. 🏰 2. LEH PALACE — A GLIMPSE INTO LADAKH'S HISTORY Next, we explored Leh Palace, one of the city's most iconic historical landmarks. The views of Leh from the palace grounds are equally beautiful, making it a must-visit for history lovers, travellers, and photography enthusiasts. Visiting Leh Palace added a historical and cultural touch to our first day in Ladakh. 🛍️ 3. LEH MARKET — EXPLORING LOCAL LIFE AND CULTURE After visiting the city's famous landmarks, we also explored the lively streets of Leh Market. We enjoyed discovering Leh's charm and experiencing a different side of the city beyond its mountains and historical monuments. 🌄 WHY LEH, LADAKH IS A MUST-VISIT DESTINATION Leh is one of India's most fascinating travel destinations, famous for its dramatic Himalayan scenery, Buddhist culture, historic architecture, and unique mountain landscapes. ❤️ A FAMILY TRIP FILLED WITH BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES This vlog captures the beginning of our journey, from flying out of Delhi and checking into our hotel to visiting Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and Leh Market.
