Ein Schottish Tantz (Renaissance polyphony) for Brass Quintet

A polyphonic renaissance dance by English composer William Brade, arranged for brass quintet. Brade's original five parts are expanded out, and rearranged between the players, so that the melody and countermelodies each get a chance to shine, before all being played together in repeated sections. The arrangement still conforms to the original A-B structure, with each set of melody and countermelodies being given its own exploration.
