Walk through our 99 sq.m, Auckland, NZ, 3-level townhouse's complete renovation! ‪@downsizewithlou‬

We downsized from a large family home in Christchurch to a space a third the size, then used an ANZ Green loan to ⁨add 12 solar panels, a skylight and a split-system air conditioning unit, completely new storage solutions and no surface left untouched!
