LIVE – Terraria Pt. 8 | Desert Biome Is Messy

Terraria is BACK, baby. Honestly, everyone with a Steam account should own a copy of Terraria. This game is just ridiculously fun. You can sit down planning to play for an hour and suddenly it's three hours later, you've dug halfway through the planet, built a questionable house, and somehow started a massive underground railroad. Last stream, Sonny ventured into the Jungle Biome, and oh boy... those Hornets and Wasps are NOT playing around. The jungle proved to be one of the more dangerous places Sonny has visited so far, but that didn't stop him from exploring. Sonny also made some serious progress on his hellevator, digging his way all the way down to the lava layer. Because apparently the best way to travel through Terraria is to simply dig a giant hole straight through the Earth. Today, it's time to explore another biome: THE DESERT. Sonny is going to investigate the desert, see what kind of loot and nonsense are waiting for him, and hopefully come away with some useful upgrades. But that's not all. We're also starting work on a full underground train system. That's right. Sonny is laying down tracks and building an underground railway so he can move around the world a little faster. Because if Terraria is going to keep getting bigger, we're going to need infrastructure. Expect exploration, questionable construction decisions, dangerous enemies, loot, mining, and probably several moments where Sonny realizes he has made his life significantly more complicated than it needed to be.
