About Video : JSSC-CGL केस अपडेट : अभ्यर्थियों के डिजिटल साक्ष्य सही पाए गए, CBI जांच की मांग हुई तेज | Jharkhand JSSC CGL (झारखंड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग संयुक्त स्नातक स्तरीय) परीक्षा के कथित पेपर लीक मामले में एक नया मोड़ आया है. दैनिक भास्कर की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा सीआईडी को दिए गए साक्ष्यों में छेड़छाड़ का कोई सबूत नहीं मिला है. यानी जो भी मोबाइल फोन अभ्यर्थियों ने साक्ष्य के तौर पर सीआईडी को दिए थे उनसे मिली जानकारी सही है इसकी पुष्टि फॉरेंसिंक रिपोर्ट में की गई है. दरअसल, सीजीएल परीक्षा में कथिक तौर पर पेपर लीक के आरोप लगे जिसकी वजह से नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया रोक दी गई है. मामले की सुनवाई हाईकोर्ट में चल रही है. अभ्यर्थियों ने जांच के क्रम में सीआईडी को 9 मोबाइल फोन जांच के लिए दिए गए थे. In the course of investigation, the candidates had given 9 mobile phones to the CID for investigation. In this, the candidates had provided videos and photos of the answers to the questions asked in the General Knowledge Paper 3 examination in the first shift on 22 September 2024 to the CID. Apart from this, videos and photos of the answers to the questions received before the examination at 3 examination centers were also given. Prem Lal Thakur had taken the picture of the answers to the questions before the examination at Kumar B.Ed. College in Dhanbad. Where a candidate was talking on mobile and writing something on paper. When he was asked what he was writing, he started running. He tore the paper on which the answers of the questions were written and threw it away. The same questions were asked in the exam that day. This mobile was also given to CID as evidence. The investigation report of all these has come from FSL i.e. Forensic. The investigation report of FSL is shocking. It has been told in the report that whatever videos and photos the candidates gave as evidence in the mobile, none of them has been tampered with or tampered with. Not only this, the time zone of any mobile has also not been changed. The answers of 55 questions were found in the two mobiles given by the candidates as evidence. This included 18 answers of Maths, 7 Reasoning, 4 General Knowledge, 12 Jharkhand GK, 7 Computer and 7 answers of Science questions. A total of 9 mobiles which were made available to the CID, together with all of them, answers to 70 questions were revealed, which were also asked in the exam. Now after the FSL report, hope has risen among those candidates who have gone to the High Court for a CBI inquiry into the matter. It is worth noting that the CID is investigating the paper leak case. A petition was filed in the Jharkhand High Court on behalf of the candidates for a CBI inquiry into this matter, which is being heard in the High Court. Let us tell you that now a new SIT will investigate the allegations of alleged paper leak in the JSSC CGL exam. On the orders of DGP Anurag Gupta, a new SIT of senior IPS officers will investigate the case. It is worth noting that the CID is already investigating the alleged paper leak in the examination held in September 2024. The CID has so far filed a chargesheet against 13 people in this case.
