how to print, assemble and use a pattern at home 🩷 beginner tutorial

This instructional video will teach you how to use a print at home sewing pattern. We will cover how to choose your size, hiding layers in adobe acrobat, test pages and cutting plans, assembly and understanding pattern jargon and symbols. Not mentioned in the video but helpful info: many indie designers provide AO pattern files which you can print at your local copy shop without having to cut and tape anything together! It can be a bit pricey but saves you a lot of work. There is also now widely available - projector files which, if you have a projector, you can project the pattern straight onto your fabric and cut it out this way. Check the pattern before you purchase to see what files it comes with.
